I love making crock pot meals! I already prepped dinner for tomorrow night: tri tip roast with veggies and potatoes. It's like magic! You leave it for the day, then come home and dinner's ready! :)
I just ate the roast - freakin' amazing! I literally scopped the meat out with a spoon, it was so tender. I LOVE crock pots! What recipe are you making?

ReplyDeleteI made a brown sugar and balsamic glazed pork loin. It was yummy and I don't even like pork. It tasted like a fancy pulled pork sandwich.
