My Walk to Work, Part V

I walk diagonally through this Plaza. Occasionally they have little festivals and/or live music here. Billy & I went to Taste of Albuquerque here a couple weeks ago and had fun spending all of our meal-tickets on beers.

First design assignment for rendering class

I had to design, draw, and shade 6 pieces of jewelry. Three in color pencil. Three in marker. All in gold tones. Not sure how I feel about the outcome.

My Walk to Work, Part IV

When I am not running late (which is never), I can stop here for coffee or a smoothie on my way to work. More often, my friends and I walk back here in the afternoon for coffee or frozen yogurt.

On the other side of the tunnel is this tree-lined walkway. On the other side of the tree-lined walkway is the Convention Center where I took the Bar. This wall of mosaics was still being laid when I first moved here.
